The brainchild of chick pea family, an unfiltered beer, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle.

In conjunction with appetizers, light dishes, raw meats and as an aperitif, it is a Belgian inspired beer and, in particular, we wanted to do a tribute to the style of Farmhouse Ale.

Is made from a base of malted barley and wheat malt, mashing provides a long phase of infusion.

Alcohol: 5% Vol
