Brezzo Rosemary honey 500gr

The Rosemary honey is a typical Mediterranean honey from soft taste characteristic of the flower. Its color is dark amber and slow crystallization in mass naturally soft and fine crystals. Flowering Rosemary runs from January/February until October and the most intense period is in early spring when collecting nectar to bees.

As with other early blooms, including Rosemary honey is difficult to get a satisfactory quantity production as often the hives, just emerged from winter months do not have sufficient APIs to collect enough honey.
