Our olives paté mature in brine, without using any additives and no acidity; the paste is then preserved, strictly, in olive oil.
Among its main ingredients, in addition to the Sicilian green olives, there are extra virgin olive oil, a dash of vinegar, garlic, chilli and oregano make it very appetizing!
