Sichuan Pepper-

Sichuan Pepper is a little Berry obtained from plants of the genus Zanthoxylum heavily used in Asia as a spice. The name pepper is due to the fact that Berry can remember a Berry black pepper, but there is no correlation between the two spices.

Sichuan Pepper has a special flavor: it's not pungent like black pepper or chilli, but, after the spicy, there is a slight lemon flavor
