Only with quality grapes you get great wines. Exposure, slope, nature and structure of soils are critically important, but alongside these elements can not miss a careful management of the vineyard, in respect of the territory.

Cellar:
Wine-making: soft stemmer-crushing, maceration in temperature controlled tanks at a temperature of 25-26° C with pump-overs for 18-20 days followed by malolactic fermentation
Refinement: 40 months in 25 Hl Slavonia oak barrels and after 9 months in bottle before commercial release

Tasting notes:
Color: garnet red with slight orange hue
Nose: hints of purple, pink and hay that evolve into the realm of spices and tobacco
Taste:
wine-bodied with good balance between tannins and acidity that will ensure long life to wine
Serving temperature: 16-18° C
Serving suggestions: red meats, game, stews and mature cheeses
