The unique taste of our Lemonade was born far away in time and space. The recipe with which we do it is the original of the years ' 50 and lemons we use are those cultivated for over 300 years, sfusati only on the terraces of the Amalfi coast, famous for the sweet juicy pulp and seeds.
On the eye it has bright and crystal clear.
Outspoken and lively scent of lemon. The intensity is enhanced by the presence of carbon dioxide that harmonizes and refines the evocation of orange blossoms and lemon zest.
Particularly balanced and full bodied, the long finish is accompanied by a pleasant acidity that dissolves in sweet notes.
Intense aromas of lemons, very persistent but end.
Consumed in purity is an excellent thirst-quencher, but thanks to its pleasant tone of acidity, it can be used safely in raw fish and shellfish dishes.
Great also turned into sorbet with adding a leaf of mint or Sage.
Serve in glass with roundish, without adding ice, with two leaves of mint and a stick of licorice.
